10 things I want to do

Here are 10 things that I want to more of in my life:

1. Spend more time outdoors.  Nature is so pretty and I often find myself spending way too much time trapped indoors.  It's nice to get some fresh air and go for a walk.

2.  (with the previous said), turn all electronics off for at least one hour a day.  Even though I spend a great  majority of time with electronics glued to hands, I think it would be nice to just have time without that kind of distraction

3.  Read more books.  I enjoy reading very much but I don't get to read for fun as much as I used to because I'm always so busy.  I think that it would be good to read more books.  Any suggestions?

4. Stop worrying about the small stuff.  I always finding myself worrying about very insignificant things.  There is often times where these things I worry about are always in my mind, eating at me, putting me under a lot of stress.  I need to learn that these things don't matter in the grand scheme of things.  Just let it go. Everybody makes mistakes.

4. Be more organized.

5.  Spend more time helping people.

6. Eat less sugar, and more healthy food.  This is going to be quite difficult as sweets are my favorite, but it's important to eat healthy blah blah blah.

7. Spend more time with family and friends.  I often find myself on my laptop/phone when with other people instead of socializing...I should stop that.

8.  Tell people how much I appreciate having them in my life.  It's ALWAYS a good idea to show appreciation.  Also never be afraid to say "I love you":)  Even though it might seem scary at the time, you will regret it if you don't.  Trust me.

9.  Don't be so judgmental of people.  One value that I think is so important is to always be kind towards people, even if they are not nice to you, you never know what problems they are dealing with. Be the better person.

10. Slow down and just enjoy life.  Time goes by so fast and sometimes you just need to stop and appreciate all that you have.
