(That was me releasing all my built up stress)

Sometimes life is just too much to handle and the stress makes you go insane.
This week has been one of those weeks.

Between piles upon piles of school work, working, friends, family, and deciding what I want to do with my life (NBD...), I find myself staying up late at night, unable to think about anything but these things.  I'm getting stretched thin.  
I think, no I NEED a vacation ASAP.

What are some good ways to deal with stress?
Any ideas would be wonderful!

Don't worry about me though, I'm fine.  
Everyone gets stressed at points in their life.
Just remember that it will get better...
Or at least that's what I keep telling myself...
